House Gymnastics

This is for the gymnast who can't/won't/shouldn't stretch in public.
Like myself.

* Do some stretching exercises

* Always warm up properly

* Do not attempt whilst inebriated

* Do not attempt on a full stomach

* Always dress in loose attire

* Check sturdiness of structures

* Push it to the extreme

* If you get the fear, go further

* Have a spotting partner with you

* Stay focused

* Think of the aesthetic

* Always carry a camera

* Document everything
