I exert a lot of effort to avoid getting sucked into recent American worries. Gas prices soaring! Food prices doubling! The stock market's fledgling! There's a woman running for President!

I am not an economist, my opinion is irreverent. However, the anxiety that I wind up being riddled with is too much to handle. So I take my very American stance on it: avoid, avoid, avoid!
